Are your sausages Gluten Free?
All of the sausages we currently offer are made with gluten-free ingredients. However, our sausages are not produced in a certified gluten-free facility.
Do your sausages contain any artificial cures or preservatives?
No, all of our products are preservative free. We do not use any nitrates, nitrites or phosphates in our sausages.
What kind of casings do you use?
Our pork-based sausages use natural pork casings. For our chicken and beef sausages, we use collagen casings which are 100% pork-free.
Are you sausages pre-cooked or raw?
Our sausages are raw, they need to be cooked to the minimum internal temperature as stated on the label.
How long will your sausages keep?
Sausages should be kept frozen until their intended use. We recommend using sausages within 12 months of the packed on date or by the best before date. Once removed from the freezer sausages should be used within 5 days.

How can I place an order?
Orders can be placed online through our website or in person at our retail location. Our retail location is open Tuesday - Saturday from 8am - 4pm for you to pickup orders or come purchase items from our freezer.
Do you offer home delivery? How does it work?

What type of payment do you accept at your retail store?
Our retail location is a non-cash operation, we accept all forms of credit and debit cards.
